Manufacturing Capability

Factory floor area: approximately 2,000 m². Core production equipment includes CNC flat wire winding machines, automatic core dispensing systems, laser stripping stations, semi-automatic soldering lines, laser marking equipment, and forming machines. In-house test capability covers inductance, DC bias inductance, leakage inductance, DCR, turns ratio, inter-turn test, hi-pot, and insulation resistance.

Delivered Capability Reference

ProMagTech has delivered custom flat wire inductors at 120 μH / 300 A with measured DCR of 6 mΩ for solar energy storage PCS applications. At 300A rated current, 6 mΩ DCR represents approximately 60% lower conduction loss compared to equivalent round wire designs (typical 10–15 mΩ in the same window area). This is the current high-end delivered reference for ProMagTech flat wire inductor capability.

Inspection Scope

Outgoing inspection can cover inductance, DCR, hi-pot, and insulation resistance according to the approved drawing and project inspection plan. An anonymized OQC report is available from the manufacturing evidence page.
